Cole Searles joined the HKA team in 2025, bringing with him several years of experience as an outside salesman in the medical device industry. He currently holds direct account responsibility for utility customers in Southern Indiana and Eastern Kentucky, as well as for the distributors serving this region.

Cole earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, following Florida State football, and traveling the world.
